Songkem Duck (Bebek Songkem)

Songkem Duck or Bebek Songkem is a typical food of Sampang, Madura. From the name wrote it's pretty obvious, if food is to use a duck as its main ingredient. Ducks that had been cleaned and seasoned using a variety of seasonings. After flattening the duck wrapped in banana leaves then steamed. Long cooking process that makes this duck was soft and the spices into the meat.
